You may enter by completing the Official Registration Form at the BChunter.com Web site located at https://bchunter.com/register/ or calling (305) 849-0360 and providing the following information: full legal name, e-mail address, phone number, mailing address, and zip code. Limit one entry per person/e-mail account. Multiple entries by the same person, whether using one or more e-mail accounts, will not be accepted. Entries are limited to individuals only; commercial enterprises and business entities are not eligible. Sponsors are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of information by participants; lost entries or transmissions; interrupted or unavailable network, server, or other connections; scrambled transmissions or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, or electronic, technical malfunctions of the computer hardware, software, or any combination thereof; or problems associated with any virus or any other damage caused to entrant’s systems. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age. PERSONS LIVING IN STATES WHERE CONTEST IS PROHIBITED BY LAW ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION. Contest begins at 12:01am PST, Friday, September 01, 2023 through 11:59pm PST, Saturday August 31, 2024. Employees of BChunter.com, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and other coordinating agencies involved in the Sweepstakes and their immediate family members and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter. All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply. No entry fee, payment, or proof of purchase is necessary to enter the Sweepstakes. Void where taxed, restricted, or otherwise prohibited by law.
All valid entries received between 12:01am PST, Friday, September 01, 2023, through 11:59pm PST, Saturday August 31, 2024, are eligible to win the prize. Odds of winning depend solely on the total number of valid entries received. The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about Monday, September 2, 2024. All prizes will be awarded. Winners will be notified by e-mail and/or by regular mail, and/or by telephone.
One winner will receive BChunters 6-Nights of food and lodging and guided hunting - Moose/Bear/Deer Combo package ($6,500 value). All equipment, lodging, meals, and beverages are included. Ground transportation to and from Williams Lake airport will be provided.
Actual value of the prize may vary depending upon special promotional offers. No substitutions, refunds, or credit charges are allowed, and no cash will be provided in lieu of stated prizes. Any and all expenses incidental to the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner and guests, and such expenses include, but are not limited to, the following:
Trip booking dates are subject to availability. Transportation from the winner's home to William's Lake and from William's Lake to the winner's home will not be provided by the Sponsors. Hunting trips are subject to availability and must be completed within one year of winning. If the winner is unable to travel by the date indicated, prize will be forfeited. Some restrictions and dates may be capacity controlled. Prizes, reservations, and incidentals are non-refundable for cash, non-transferable, and non-changeable once issued. If lost, they will not be replaced. Credit for previous purchases is not permitted. In addition, winners and guest(s) are responsible for any tax consequences and for compliance with all governmental reporting and payment requirements.
By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Winners will be required to sign and complete an affidavit of eligibility and waiver of liability and publicity release, and return it within 14 days of prize notification or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, using reasonable efforts, or if the potential winner has not or does not comply with these Official Rules, an alternative winner may be randomly chosen. Each travel companion of a winner will be required to sign and return a waiver of liability and publicity release, prior to issuance of travel documents. If travel companion is a minor, minor must have parent or legal guardian sign documents on his/her behalf and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian on trip. Each prize winner will give Sponsors the right to use prize winner's name, voice, picture, and likeness in advertising and publicity without further compensation, where permitted by law. No substitution or transfer of prize, or election of cash in lieu of prize will be permitted. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of BChunter.com which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, BChunter.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and to select the prize winners from among the entries received prior to the suspension or termination of the program; and BChunter.com further reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with or in any way corrupts the entry process.
